TriCoast Building Group, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Davis Barksdale to its team as the newest Project Manager. With over 8 years of construction experience, Davis brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success in delivering high-profile projects.
Before joining TriCoast, Davis spent his career with a prominent ENR Top 50 general contractor, where he most recently contributed to the AT&T Stadium refresh project in Dallas, Texas. In this role, he played a pivotal part in overseeing the revitalization of one of the most iconic stadiums in the country.

We’re thrilled to be part of bringing the @palmpavilion Beachside Grill back to life! 🌴🌊⛱️ A Clearwater Beach landmark, this iconic spot has been welcoming guests since 1926, making it the oldest operating beach pavilion in Florida and the Southeast U.S.
After being severely damaged by Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton, the Palm Pavilion has been undergoing repairs, and we’re proud to have helped restore this beloved venue.
There’s nothing like enjoying live music, a tasty meal, a refreshing beverage, and a beautiful sunset all in one place. 🌅 Can’t wait to continue our partnership and see this spot thrive once again.

If there is one thing Barnes is passionate about, it’s mentoring the next generation. Barnes emphasizes the importance of recruiting young people into the industry, not just to help fill the growing void left as aging workers retire, but also to
bring new ideas to the field. It is partly why he formed Gainesville, Florida– based TriCoast Building Group recently with his eldest daughter Corie Patton.
